The mission of the Boone Foundation is building character-based leaders — in ministry, business, government, and community — who go on to transform the places they serve, in the United States and in nations around the world. We equip leaders in biblical principles of Christlike character so they will become like Christ and transform the communities they lead with integrity.

Leadership Training in Biblical, Ethical, and Moral Principles

We provide character-based leadership training that is vital to stability and longevity — currently in the United States, Germany, South Africa, and other nations. We develop creative-thinking initiatives for today's and tomorrow's leaders in government and public service, and we train and mentor those starting and running a business. At the core of it all is a simple conviction: biblical, ethical, and moral principles are the road map that bridges where a leader is now and the long-term success they're building for tomorrow.
Public Forums on Criminal Justice and Conflict Resolution

We create forums and discussions that educate the public on a biblical worldview of criminal justice and conflict-resolution that reconciles people to God and one another. The goal is to cultivate relationships built on trust and to resolve real divides — by taking responsibility and initiating action.

Preparing, Publishing, and Disseminating Truth

We prepare and share research, knowledge, and teaching — through publications, books, articles, videos, documentaries, seminars, lectures, and online access to the Wellington Boone Collection. Our goal is to provide accurate information from every side of a discussion, so people can tell the difference between what's misleading and what's true, and make informed decisions for themselves.
