Planned Parenthood vs Black America

By Bishop Wellington Boone  |   |  Category: Black American Revival

“Children are a gift from the LORD; they are a reward from him” (Psalm 127:3 NLT).

A century ago the founder of Planned Parenthood, Margaret Sanger, wrote The Pivot of Civilization to promote birth control in order to enhance a woman’s sex life without the blessing of having children.

However, Sanger was also a eugenicist. She promoted birth control as a solution to reduce the birth rate of lower classes and diminish the population of “unfit” [1] people whom she considered a drain on the resources of society.

Proponents of eugenics, like Planned Parenthood’s founder, believe that some races of people (which includes themselves) are superior to lower races of people (whom they call dysgenics). Margaret Sanger was a proud promoter of eugenics through her prolific writings. She was a promoter of genocide through birth control and sterilization for dysgenic populations such as the “feeble-minded” and those with “transmissible disease.”[2]

We can’t let them populate the world with “their kind”—Margaret Sanger

“Eugenists emphasize . . . the sterilization of the unfit to prevent their populating the world with their kind and they may, perhaps, agree with us that contraception is a necessary measure among the masses of the workers, where wages do not keep pace with the growth of the family and its necessities in the way of food, clothing, housing, medical attention, education and the like.

Margaret Sanger, “Birth Control and Racial Betterment” [3]

“Those who should never have been born”—Margaret Sanger

“Those least fit to carry on the race are increasing most rapidly. People who cannot support their own offspring are encouraged by Church and State to produce large families. Many of the children thus begotten are diseased or feeble-minded; many become criminals. The burden of supporting these unwanted types has to be bourne by the healthy elements of the nation. Funds that should be used to raise the standard of our civilization are diverted to the maintenance of those who should never have been born.”[4]

Did You Know? 19.1 Million Black Babies Have Been Aborted [5]

19.1 million Black babies were conceived but never born[6]

Why do Blacks have the highest abortion rate of all races? They have been targeted as “dysgenics”

Black women have the highest abortion rate of all races—currently 3.8 times abortion rate of Whites[7]

30 percent of Black pregnancies end in abortion[8]

Black women have 27.8 abortions per 1,000 women aged 15 to 44 years old. The rate for White women is 7.7 abortions.

”. . . the abortion rate for black women has been approximately three times as high as that for white women . . . since 1991 (the first year for which rates by race were published).”[9]

Racial Genocide Became Self-Genocide, turning the Black Community against its own children

Eugenicists should be charged with the practice of genocide as defined by the United Nations.

In 1951, the United Nations approved the “Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide” that was developed in 1948 after the Jewish Holocaust. The international crime of genocide described below applies not only to what the Nazis did to the Jews but also to what Whites did to Blacks for centuries in the United States. Eugenics actively carried out by controlling births of another race whom they consider below them in value is genocide. This crime is one of many tragedies that Black Americans and Jews share in common.

Genocide has been directed at both Jews and Blacks

In 1951, the United Nations approved the “Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide” that followed the Jewish Holocaust in Germany. The international crime of genocide as described there applies not only to what the Nazis did to the Jews but also to what Whites did to Blacks for centuries in the United States. Eugenic conspiracies by those who try to decrease the population of others is genocide.

Did You Know? U.N. Definition of Crime of Genocide Includes Preventing Births

“Imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group”[10]

Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights. Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide

Approved and proposed for signature and ratification or accession by General Assembly resolution 260 A (III) of 9 December 1948, entry into force 12 January 1951, in accordance with article XIII . . .

The Contracting Parties ,

Having considered the declaration made by the General Assembly of the United Nations in its resolution 96 (I) dated 11 December 1946 that genocide is a crime under international law, contrary to the spirit and aims of the United Nations and condemned by the civilized world,

Recognizing that at all periods of history genocide has inflicted great losses on humanity, and

Being convinced that, in order to liberate mankind from such an odious scourge, international co-operation is required,

Hereby agree as hereinafter provided :

Article I

(a) Killing members of the group;

(b) Causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group;

(c) Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part;

(d) Imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group;

(e) Forcibly transferring children of the group to another group.

Article III. The following acts shall be punishable:

(e) Complicity in genocide.

Article IV. Persons committing genocide or any of the other acts enumerated in Article III shall be punished, whether they are constitutionally responsible rulers, public officials or private individuals. [11]

Why Planned Parenthood eagerly provides reproductive services for Blacks

Margaret Sanger did not hide her clear purpose for promoting birth control for the poor. It was based on her conviction—common to many people of her day and still true today—that there is something wrong with Black Americans. How many people today believe these things about Blacks?

  • They are a drain on society.
  • They use up resources.
  • Too many are criminals.
  • They have too many children.
  • They can’t be educated.
  • They have uncontrolled sex lives.

And on and on. Planned Parenthood is solving the “Negro problem,” as it was called, every day by restricting new life in the Black population. However, Jesus will have the final word.

Jesus said, “The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly. I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd gives His life for the sheep.”

Black women after slavery loved the chance for “choice”

Margaret Sanger couched her eugenic crusade to reduce the population of Blacks and others in persuasive feminine logic, saying she only wished to relieve poor women of the burden of excessive childbearing, Black women whose grandparents had been slaves welcomed what she said. They had the mentality “Nobody is going to control me.”

Sanger’s strategy against minorities was so subtle that except in pro-life circles it has not been widely discussed. Feminists and even researchers who should know better routinely deny that she was a eugenicist or claim it was a temporary phase in spite of her decades of prolific writings on the subject of eugenics.

Sanger’s plan has been so successful that Blacks are practicing self-genocide of their race through abortion while thinking they are simply exercising their right to plan the size of their families. They have swallowed the lie that women are so oppressed by men that they must seize control of their own bodies, practicing birth control and abortion to maintain their independence. Black women like Faye Wattleton have even taken leadership positions in Planned Parenthood, devaluing their race and perpetuating its destruction.

What began as birth control has become the holocaust of abortion. What began as genocide has become self-genocide. Through the liberalization of abortion laws in Roe v. Wade, Black women were released to kill their own race through abortion. Sterilization promoted by Sanger and practiced by many states is no longer necessary. Conceiving a child after sex is no longer a problem because society has lost its moral scruples about killing unborn children.

Still strategically located near Black communities

Life Dynamics confirmed that Planned Parenthood strategically locates a number of its centers near Black communities and Historically Black Colleges and Universities. It is no coincidence that Black women have more than three times the abortions of White women. Once they bought into it, Planned Parenthood made it convenient.

Abortion (feticide) and the Black community’s spirit of death

The promotion of abortion creates a spirit of death in the Black community because it is a practice of self-genocidal murder. One of the examples of Black achievers in Chapter 1 is Rebecca Cole, the second black female graduate of a medical school. She crusaded to prevent feticide (the killing a fetus, or unborn child) and infanticide. If she were alive today, what would she think of the masses of women of her race who now legally commit feticide daily? Would she see a connection between feticide and the high rate of infant mortality in the Black community (death of a child before the first birthday)?

Other practices of self-genocide include the high rate of homicide in the Black community, deadly diseases like HIV/AIDS transmitted by immoral sex with other Blacks, fatherless families because men have no vision for their race or their children.

Genocide today applies to what Blacks are doing to other Blacks—Black self-genocide. If the United Nations has established a penalty for the crime of genocide, what will be the penalty of God?
