Reconciliation, Revival & Reformation

Bishop and Mrs. Boone are on the road to the cities of America!

Answering the call to America

A spiritual army of Christians is arising in the cities of America. Revival is on its way! Churches are sending missionaries to the streets to find the men and women searching for God who want to give their hearts to Jesus.

One of the Negro spirituals that became famous years ago comes from Ezekiel 37, the story of the dry bones.

“Dem bones, dem bones, dem dry bones.
Now hear the word of the Lord.”

In America’s cities, Bishop Boone sees Ezekiel’s field of dry bones waiting for someone to prophesy and then call for the wind of the Holy Spirit to breathe new life into the people so that they can live again.

The Bible says,

“Then he said to me, ‘Speak to these bones and say, “Dry bones, listen to the word of the LORD! This is what the Sovereign LORD says: Look! I am going to breathe into you and make you live again! I will put flesh and muscles on you and cover you with skin. I will put breath into you, and you will come to life. Then you will know that I am the LORD.”’”

The world will know that God is the Lord when they see the ghettos transformed, when the blind see, the lame walk, the sick are cured, the deaf hear, and the dead come to life again. That is what the power of Jesus Christ can accomplish. Jesus said to spread the news.

“Jesus told them, ‘Go back to John and tell him about what you have heard and seen—the blind see, the lame walk, the lepers are cured, the deaf hear, the dead are raised to life, and the Good News is being preached to the poor.’”

God asked Ezekiel a rhetorical question:

“Son of man, can these bones live?”

If you asked most people today, they would probably say that they don’t believe that the inner cities can live again, but God does. He says, “Speak to these bones!”

“So I spoke these words, just as he told me. Suddenly as I spoke, there was a rattling noise all across the valley. The bones of each body came together and attached themselves as they had been before. Then as I watched, muscles and flesh formed over the bones. Then skin formed to cover their bodies, but they still had no breath in them.

“Then he said to me, ‘Speak to the winds and say: “This is what the Sovereign LORD says: Come, O breath, from the four winds! Breathe into these dead bodies so that they may live again.”‘

“So I spoke as he commanded me, and the wind entered the bodies, and they began to breathe. They all came to life and stood up on their feet—a great army of them.”

Answering the call to Germany

Germany is uniquely positioned for leadership in spite of past events of the 20th Century. That makes it even more vital to reawaken its Christian roots.

God’s Foundation Is the Local Church. Bishop Boone has served as a pastor for 46 years and he understands Jesus’ focus on the local church. He wants to provide discipleship training and serve local churches and ministries based in Germany where prayer, training, and sending are taking place to fulfill the will of God.

Future property. If God opens the door to purchase the Zinzendorfstrasse 1 property in Eastern Germany described below, he will continue to serve the churches and ministries of Germany from that base.

John Dawson

John Dawson, Youth With A Mission, says Bishop Boone is a gift to Germany

”I want to commend to you Wellington Boone. I have been amazed and encouraged by a recent development. One of the most godly and profoundly influential African American leaders has relocated to Europe and is pursuing a distinct calling toward the people of Germany. I have worked with Wellington since the early days of his ministry in the city of Richmond, Virginia, where he and his leadership team grew a breakthrough congregation which became a model for many others and launched a movement across N. America. I was also teamed with him during the 80’s as we did many city-wide pastors events. Wellington has a profound message for men as husbands and fathers and also carries great wisdom in dealing with matters of racial and ethnic reconciliation. I cannot think of a better gift to Germany at this time. Wellington is also a well-regarded author, conference speaker and teacher who would enrich the experience of students or conferees at any event or school sponsored by Youth With A Mission and our European allies. I was present in Wittenberg in November 2017; what a profound event. I have continued as an intercessor for Germany for now more than 30 years and I have great faith for your future. I have just been hearing reports on the German contribution to Mongolia. May every grace come to you.

Tom Phillips BGEA

Tom Phillips, Billy Graham Evangelistic Association, says God will bless you in Germany

“You know German, you love the people and country, you’ll be more than respected there. The Germans love the prophetic voice of the African-American pastor. D. L. Moody went to the UK, though not well known in America, and was eventually incredibly received in the UK. He came back home to claim a brand new exalted pulpit that was received by the American public in a new way. God will bless you in Germany, and the same will happen as you come back to America as a voice for the Good News of Jesus Christ.”

Rick Joyner

Rick Joyner, MorningStar Ministries, says “I know you will be bold as a lion”

“Germany is a key strategic nation in these times, and they need prophetic clarity about it. I know you will be as bold as a lion, which they respect. You have a depth of teaching they will appreciate and love.  I am expecting crazy ministries there.”

Rick Joyner, founder of MorningStar Ministries, Heritage International Ministries, Oak Initiative, and Eagle Missions. Senior Pastor of MorningStar Fellowship Church, author of more than 40 books

Here’s the Plan: Win Them, Train Them, Send Them. Training disciples

Ministry Initiatives. On-site and online we will launch these three initiatives:

  • PrayerJesus said, “And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive” (Matthew 21:22 KJV).
  • Training and Transformation through the principles of the Bible and the biblical worldview. A Christian has authority over the seven mountains, also known as the five sovereign spheres of society, based on his or her level of transformation from the Word.

In all areas of life, God, our Creator, is sovereign, and He has given us His principles in His Word. As Paul wrote to the Romans,  “And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God” (Romans 12:2 KJV).

  • Win Them, Train Them, Send Them. Jesus said, “I have been given all authority in heaven and on earth. Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you. And be sure of this: I am with you always, even to the end of the age” (Matthew 28:18-20 NLT).

God’s Foundation Is the Local Church. Bishop Boone has served as a pastor for 45 years and he understands Jesus’ focus on the local church. In the New Testament, the church was both physical and geographical, eternal and spiritual. He wants to serve local churches and ministries based in Germany where prayer, training, and sending are taking place to fulfill the will of God.

Jesus said, “I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven” (Matthew 18:18-20 KJV).

  • Revival and Reformation of Society
  • Crusades in America, Germany, South Africa, and other countries

“Gather my saints together unto me; those that have made a covenant with me by sacrifice” (Psalm 50:5 KJV).
